Shipping Policy

This shipping policy applies to orders delivered within Kuwait. By ordering from this store you accept the terms below.

A. Delivery cost

• Delivery anywhere in Kuwait: KD 2.000 per order.
• Free delivery on orders of KD 100 or more.
• Store pickup from our Shuwaikh branch is free.

B. Handling, delivery time & cut-off

• Orders are handled within 1–2 business days (Saturday – Thursday).
• Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days after handling.
• Order cut-off time: 4:00 PM Kuwait time (GMT+3). Orders placed after the cut-off, or on Friday, are handled the next business day.
• We are closed on Fridays.

C. Delivery method

Orders are delivered by our own company vehicle.

D. Battery installation

Battery delivery with installation is available on request. Availability and cost depend on your location, car type and mechanic availability — contact us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will confirm the details and any charge in advance.

E. Change of address

We cannot change the delivery address once an order is on its way. To change the address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

F. Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. If it has already been dispatched, please see our Refund & Returns Policy.

G. Parcels damaged in transit

If a parcel arrives damaged, please refuse it if possible and contact us straight away. If it was delivered while you were not present, contact us and we will arrange the next steps.
